Returns

• Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your Dear Women’s Notebook to request a return or exchange.
• Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the notebook must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been written in, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized items or items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the notebook, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding any shipping fees) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@dearwomencic.com with photos of the defect or damage, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.
