• Program Duration: Our coaching programs are available for a maximum of 12 weeks unless otherwise specified. You must maintain an active membership to continuously access resources unless you are on a tier programme that explicitly states otherwise.

 

• Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

• Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable membership fee.

3. Product Purchases

• Journals and Merchandise: Our website also offers Dear Women Journals and other merchandise for sale. All purchases are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless an instalment plan is in place.

• Refund Policy: For physical products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, in accordance with UK consumer rights law. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. For the membership bonus offer, a 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the point of membership onboarding.

4. Changes to Services

• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services, including membership features, product offerings, pricing, and content, at any time with 7 days' notice. We may also update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
