We are a community organisation dedicated to empowering Black professional women to feel confident being themselves at work so they can advance in their careers. We specialise in providing intimate, creative safe spaces, both online and in-person, where Black professional women can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Our safe spaces fill the gap by making emotional support more accessible and affordable, breaking down barriers to receiving the help needed. We recognise the heavy burden of embodying the 'strong Black woman' persona, and we strive to break the stigma of seeking help by creating a supportive pre-step that can make Black women feel more open to seeking therapeutic help or even alleviate the need for it.

We believe in the power of community, where fellow members are both the “cup we pour into and the well we get to drink from.” Additionally, we aim to build bridges between all team members in the workplace, regardless of ethnicity, fostering allyships that promote career advancement for now and future generations.

Our ultimate goal is to create an environment that fosters authentic expression and professional growth, ensuring that every woman can thrive in the workplace without compromising her true identity.
